Slewing bearings have been strictly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, and they are all qualified products. Therefore, if any retention phenomenon is found, it can be eliminated by the following method.
(1) Newly purchased products are not flexible. If the time is longer (for example, more than half a year) and the climate is cold, the grease in the raceway may become sticky, resulting in poor operation (especially in cold areas and winter).
(2) The operation is not flexible after installation. It may be that the host installation surface andslewing bearingThe installation surface is not well matched, resulting in that the axial clearance of the slewing bearing cannot compensate for the deformation of the slewing bearing after installation, the slewing bearing is in a negative clearance state, and the rolling element is difficult to operate in the raceway (sometimes accompanied by abnormal noise); or the meshing of large and small gears is poor; Or foreign matter is stuck in large and small gears.
(3) The operation is not flexible during use.
Insufficient grease, fill as required; damage to the sealing strip causes foreign matter to enter the raceway.
2. abnormal sound

(1) The slight abnormal noise when the new product is idling will disappear naturally after dozens of revolutions. (2) During the trial operation after assembly, if there is abnormal noise, check whether the installation surface is smooth and meets the requirements. If the roughness of the mounting surface does not meet the requirements, abnormal noise will occur due to the negative clearance of the raceway, and the treatment method is the same as "the operation is not flexible after installation"; or the meshing of large and small gears is poor, sometimes tight and sometimes loose, and the meshing is too tight at the position with large tooth jump to cause abnormal noise.
(3) abnormal noise during use. There are several reasons: insufficient grease in the raceway, noise generated by the collision between the rolling element and the spacer, which can be eliminated after timely refueling; foreign matter mixed in the raceway, such as sand, iron filings, etc. Often accompanied by rotation difficulties (generally in the poor working conditions of the environment prone to this situation).
Three, shaking
After rotary loading, the clearance of the bearing is about 3-5 times of the factory inspection, and it can continue to be used within this range.
(1) The mounting bolts are loose, causing shaking during work. Please check all inner and outer ring mounting bolts immediately and tighten as required.
(2) The steel structure supporting the slewing bearing is not rigid enough, and elastic deformation occurs during loading, causing the entire slewing bearing to shake. Increase the strength of the steel structure supporting the slewing bearing.
(3) Check whether the operation is overloaded and operate in strict accordance with regulations.
(4) Long-term overload operation causes the raceway to collapse and the gap is too large.
Four, broken teeth
(1) Broken teeth are often directly related to installation, mainly due to the following reasons:
Improper adjustment of the backlash of the large and small gears during installation does not meet the requirements, resulting in poor meshing of the two gears and broken teeth.
The axes of the large and small gears are not parallel, and the large and small gears are poorly meshed after installation, resulting in broken teeth.
The rotary mounting bolts are not firmly fixed, and the meshing of large and small gears is poor, resulting in tooth breakage.
(2) aspects of use
Violation of operating procedures, overload and tell the rotation, host collision (cleaning) obstacles, etc.
