(1) When the slewing bearing leaves the factory, the raceway is full of grease and the surface is coated with anti-rust oil. According to the needs of customers, there are individual packaging or whole package packaging.

(2) For those that are not installed and used, the outer surface shall be oiled once every six months to prevent corrosion, and the southern area shall be oiled once every three months.SupportRaceway. (4) The slewing bearing should be placed smoothly, avoiding vertical or inclined placement. When laying flat (except for the whole circle packing), at least 3-5 cushion blocks are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction between each slewing bearing, and the upper cushion block and the lower cushion block shall be at the same circumferential position. Slewing bearings that have been idle for many years (especially where there is a lot of rain) should be checked when starting.
