Slewing bearing noise common solutions:(1) dust sound control method. There are foreign objects such as dust in the rotating branch, which will cause non-periodic vibration. The so-called dust sound has variable vibration and noise, which may or may not exist. The dust control method is to improve the cleaning method of the slewing ring/slewing bearing, strictly clean the bearing, shaft, seat hole and mating parts before installation; remove the foreign matter in the lubricant; improve the sealing of the bearing; avoid the use of impure materials or embedded Plastic cage with foreign matter. (2) the control method of scar sound. If the rolling surface of the slewing bearing has cracks, indentations or corrosion, it will produce periodic vibration and noise similar to riveting. The period may be fixed, but most of them have a certain correspondence with the speed. There will be scars on the channel, scars will appear and disappear on the steel ball, and this noise will change with the installation and lubrication. In this case, do not knock the bearing during installation. Assemble the bearing with the shaft and install it in the bearing housing to prevent the bearing from tilting. To prevent bearing corrosion during storage and shock and vibration during transportation, use high-viscosity grease. (3) Noise caused by lubrication factors and its countermeasures. The wrong choice of lubricant, insufficient lubricant or aging and hardening will cause vibration and noise of the slewing ring/slewing bearing, and this noise does not have a certain regularity. In this case, only select the appropriate lubricant, adjust the amount of lubricant, extend the service life of the lubricant, and reasonably determine the replacement cycle. (4) Noise related to the host and its countermeasures. This noise is not simply caused by the bearing, simply from the bearing to find the reason is invalid. We should pay full attention to the host and improve its performance when necessary.
